    Safety

    Cautions: Not recommended for use in acute infections (e.g. colds, influenza, bronchitis, pneumonia).

    Interactions

    Can decrease hepatoxicity of certain medications.

    Multidrug resistance (MDR) • demonstrated to inhibit P-glycoproteins that are responsible for drug resistance in cancers.
