What Is It?
Boswellia contains Boswellia serrata, an herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to deal with inflammatory disorders. As part of AOR's nanoVAILABLE series, Boswellia is specially formulated to be the most absorbable and effective Boswellia serrata extract available.
What Does It Do?Primary Uses: Boswellia serrata has been coined “Ayurveda's answer to NSAIDs.” Boswellic acids are powerful anti-inflammatories, with clinical trials showing that it reduces pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis and helps relieve inflammatory intestinal disorders. Boswellia functions in a similar way as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that are generally used in inflammatory conditions but without the harmful side effects.Secondary Uses: Boswellic acids are effective at blocking the production of pro-inflammatory signaling molecules which cause the constriction of airways in the lungs, making it potentially useful for inflammatory respiratory illnesses.
Who Should Take It?
Whether you are suffering from aching joints, intestinal inflammation, acute or chronic inflammation due to irritation, injury or autoimmunity, nanoVAILABLE Boswellia is an excellent choice to help manage inflammation and to encourage recovery.
