Licorice has been traditionally used in treating urinary and intestinal inflammation, sore throats, laryngitis, dry coughs and other lung disorders.
Glycyrrhiza glabra root (contains glycyrrhizin not less than 30 mg/mL)

Weekly Dosage: 10 to 30 mL
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or hypokalemia or if you are taking any kind of hormonal therapies, diuretics, potassium depleting agents or MAO inhibitors. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have impaired kidney or liver functions, high blood pressure or heart disease. Do not use if you are a man with decreased libido. Discontinue use 7 days prior to general anesthesia.
