'f02_body2' => 'Some essential oils have high <a href='/actions/antiinflammatory' style='text-decoration: none'>anti-inflammatory</a> potency. This makes them very useful in the reduction of inflammation-related pain. They must be applied locally on the inflamed area, massaged into the skin, so their transcutaneous penetration acts directly on the underlying joint and muscle inflammation. <br> <br> There are two major families of <a href='/actions/antiinflammatory' style='text-decoration: none'>anti-inflammatory</a> aromatic molecules: esters and sesquiterpenes. In practice, some are best used dermatologically, for example, Lavender, Geranium, <a href='/herbals/chamomile-german' style='text-decoration: none'>Chamomile</a>, and <a href='/herbals/tansy' style='text-decoration: none'>Tansy</a>. Others are best used on the body's muscles and joints, in cases of pain and inflammation. <a href='/herbals/wintergreen' style='text-decoration: none'>Wintergreen</a> is the best example, being 98% methyl salicylate, which is converted into salicylic acid (the active metabolite of aspirin) within 5 minutes of being massaged onto the skin. It is thus an excellent <a href='/actions/antirheumatic' style='text-decoration: none'>antirheumatic</a> essential oil. However, it is recommended that this oil be diluted before use. As such, we have added three additional and complementary oils to the mixture. The first is a recent discovery: the Madagascar Katrafay. Its name means " reliever of pain, " and it contains ishwarane, a unique <a href='/actions/antiinflammatory' style='text-decoration: none'>anti-inflammatory</a> sesquiterpene. The second is the Bay Laurel, which reinforces the mixture's composition through its eugenol and methyl eugenol, which are great <a href='/actions/analgesic' style='text-decoration: none'>analgesics</a> and anti-inflammatories. The third and final oil is Lemon <a href='/herbals/blue-gum' style='text-decoration: none'>Eucalyptus</a>. It is the ideal complement for <a href='/herbals/wintergreen' style='text-decoration: none'>Wintergreen</a>. It is well tolerated by the skin and contains citronellal, a terpene aldehyde, which halts inflammation through direct action mediated by electron transfer and local vasodilation. <br> <br> AROMAVITA 55 is a powerful and balanced composition. Its active ingredients and modes of actions rivals those of non-steroidal <a href='/actions/antiinflammatory' style='text-decoration: none'>anti-inflammatory</a> drugs (NSAIDs). Due to their 100% pure and natural origins, they are better tolerated by the skin. <br> <br> They act quickly and locally, reducing the need for NSAIDs, which have been known to cause a number of negative side-effects such as ulcers, gastric <a href='/conditions/heartburn' style='text-decoration: none'>reflux</a>, and nausea. <br> <br> AROMAVITA 55 can also be rubbed directly onto unbroken, healthy skin. However, it also combines well with vegetable oils, specifically those with <a href='/actions/antiinflammatory' style='text-decoration: none'>anti-inflammatory</a> profiles. <a href='/herbals/leopards-bane' style='text-decoration: none'>Arnica</a> is a good example and is typically the first chosen. Other examples include <a href='/herbals/marigold' style='text-decoration: none'>Calendula</a>, <a href='/herbals/st-johns-wort' style='text-decoration: none'>St. John's Wort</a> and Rosehip.',
