microcrystalline cellulose
Black cohosh contains phytoestrogens. It is primarily used for hot flashes but it can also improve night sweats, insomnia, nervousness, irritability, migraine headache, mood changes, sleep changes, sweating, fast heartbeat and vaginal dryness. It is also beneficial for the bones, and beneficial in certain hormone-sensitive cancers.
