Each capsule contains:
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 100 mg
microcrystalline cellulose
Vitamin B2 is essential for energy metabolism and works with niacin (B3) and pyridoxine (B6). It is involved with regenerating glutathione and is also beneficial in the prophylactic treatment of migraines and cataracts.

1 serving (1 capsule) 1-2x daily or as directed. Migraine prophylaxis: 400 mg a day-allow 90 days for riboflavin to build up in system for positive results.
