Adults and adolescents (14 years old and over): 1 to 2 tablets daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Adolescents (10-13 years old): 1 tablet daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Enteric coated tablets. Do not crush.
Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking antiplatelet drugs, warfarin, EPA in fish oils, cholesterol-lowering medication, HIV protease inhibitors such as saquinavir. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a blood-clotting disorder or diabetes. Do not take if you have pemphigus. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Garlic intake should be discontinued 10 days before surgery.
