The deep-sea fish oil is derived primarily from cod, tuna, sardines & anchovies; known particularly for their high EPA content. Deep-sea fish oil is a primary source of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) that contributes to prostaglandin 3 series formation. Prostaglandins of the 3 series are the primary end products of omega 3 oil supplementation and responsible for the majority of indications. Essential fatty acids function as components of nerve cells, cell membranes and hormone-like substances called prostaglandins. These oils are processed according to pharmaceutical GMP standards and analyzed for heavy metals. Each capsule contains 400mg EPA and 200mg DHA.

Children (1-8 years old): Take 1 capsule twice per day. Adolescents (9-18 years old)
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times per day.
Suggestion: Because fish oils often “repeat” after taking them (one can taste them again when belching) it may be a good idea to take fish oils just before going to bed at night.
