Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid and relieve nervousness.
Fresh (organic) plants 1:2 each 1.5 ml contains:
Valerian (Valeriane officinalis) (root) 190 mg, Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia) (herb top) 60 mg, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) (herb top) 100 mg, Catnip (Nepeta cataria) (herb top) 70 mg, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) (herb top) 40 mg, Poppy (Papaver rhoeas) (flowers) 40 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic* ethyl alcohol, water.
Actions: Calming, sedative, relaxant, anxiolytic, antispasmodic, analgesic.

Adults and adolescents 13 years and older: take one dose in a little water, 30-45 drops 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Repeat dosage during the night if necessary.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists beyond 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Know adverse reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of taking this product. Keep away from children.
