Per capsule: Mentha x piperita (Peppermint essential oil) (leaf) 15 mg, Elettaria cardamomum (Cardamom essential oil) (seed) 10 mg, Carum carvi (Caraway essential oil) (fruit) 10 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Canola oil, gelatin, glycerin, lemon peel essential oil, tocopherols.

Dosage: Adults ( ≥ 18 years): 1 capsule 1 to 3 times per day. Keep away from sources of heat and light.
Clinical experience:
Difficulty digesting after a heavy meal: 3 to 5 capsules during the 24 hours following the meal. Chronic gastrointestinal problems or insufficiency: 1 to 2 capsules per day for 20 days and repeat as needed allowing for a 10 day break between treatments.
Keep out of reach of young children. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones, if you have anemia, if you have hiatus hernia or gastroesophageal reflux, or if you are experiencing acute abdominal pain.
