Fenugreek has many uses, most notably in traditional medicine as a galactogogue, to aid in milk production for nursing mothers. Recently is has also been recognized as a tonic for both female and male hormonal systems and as a blood sugar regulator in diabetes.

Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
