DEEP SEA FISH OIL: This oil has proven its great nutritional interest, thanks to its concentration in OMEGA 3, especially EPA (18 %) and DHA (12 %). The Mediterraneans, who regularly consume large quantities of fish, have a heart and circulatory health beyond average. Oil from these fishes makes it possible to concentrate essential fatty acids and also to provide natural vitamin D, which helps calcium assimilation, essential for cellular exchanges, notably heart cells.
