Each 1/8 tsp (0.5 g) contains:
Vitamin B3 (Niacin) 100 mg
L-Glutamine 400 mg
Niacin is essential to over 200 enzymes. niacin can decrease triglycerides by 20% to 50% and increase HDL by 15% to 35%. In large doses, niacin has been shown effective treating anxiety disorders, ADD/ADHD and schizophrenia. This is the flushing form.

1 serving (0.5 g) 1x daily or as directed.
Avoid in hepatic dysfunction, transaminosis, active peptic ulcer disease and arterial bleeding. Caution with gout, diabetes, or hyperhomocysteinemia. Skin flushing is common in as little as 30 mg. Other side effects include gastric irritation, nausea and liver damage. Niacin is associated with elevated liver function tests and jaundice, especially with doses of 3 grams/day or more, and when doses are rapidly increased. Drug interactions may exist.
