Magnesium has an affinity for the heart, skeletal muscle and nervous system. Its indications include fatigue, osteoporosis, arrhythmias, angina, hypertension, asthma, cramps of any kind, kidney stones, fibromyalgia, Preeclampsia, pregnancy induced leg cramps, anxiety, stress, depression and insomnia.
