Magnesium (Glycinate) 125 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate/P5P) 30 mg
Magnesium glycinate is a well-tolerated form of magnesium that does not irritate GI tissues. Pyridoxal-5’-Phosphate is the biologically active form of vitamin B6 and is required for over a hundred essential enzymatic reactions in the body. This formula is indicated for those with compromised liver function and nutritional inadequacies of B6 and magnesium. It is also indicated in the treatment of PMS, depression, anxiety and tension.
