Each capsule contains:
St. John's Wort (0.3% hypericin) 450 mg
St. John’s Wort has been shown in 23 studies to be a safe and effective treatment for mild to moderate depression and as a mood enhancer. As an anti-viral agent, St. John’s Wort has been shown to inhibit replication of several viruses, including herpes simplex, HIV and EBV.

1 serving (1 capsule) 3x daily or as directed.
Avoid in pregnancy and lactation. Caution in bipolar disorder. Drug interactions exist especially with Cytochrome P450.
