Magnesium (Hydroxide) 500 mg
Magnesium hydroxide (aka Milk of Magnesia) is an antacid and osmotic-type laxative. It works by neutralizing the acid in the stomach and by stimulating the bowels to move. Is uses include treating acid indigestion, heartburn, sour stomach and constipation.

Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Generally well tolerated. May interact with other supplements.
