L-Tyrosine 400 mg

Description

L-Tyrosine is the precursor to l-dopa, dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine. It promotes proper neurotransmitter function and supports mood, alertness and concentration. It also promotes healthy functioning of the thyroid, adrenal and pituitary glands.

Dose

1 serving (400 mg) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in persons taking MAOIs. Caution in hyperthyroidism. Adults may develop tolerance. Drug interactions may exist.
