Each delayed release capsule contains:
Pancreatin 8X USP 150 mg
Bromelain 2400 GDU 150 mg
Papain 50,000 PU 50 mg
Trypsin 150 USP 30,000 USP
Chymotrypsin 75 USP 3,000 USP
The ProteoZyme Formula is a formula with increased anti-inflammatory effect from the added chymotrypsin and trypsin. In addition, the DELAYED RELEASE capsules ensure that the sensitive enzymes will be protected from stomach acid allowing their release in the small intestine only. These capsules have no chemical coating commonly found on enteric coated tablets.
60 delayed release capsules
1-2 serving (1-2 capsule) 1-2x daily between meals or as directed.
Avoid in peptic ulcers. Caution in people with pineapple allergy and in pregnancy. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
