Description

FOS (fructo-oligo-saccharide) is a sweet, non-digestible food ingredient that benefits the host by stimulating the growth of beneficial microflora (a PREBIOTIC). There is evidence that short-chain FOS can lower cholesterol and triglycerides as well.
