Each 1/4 tsp (0.45 g) contains:
Chamomile (1% apigenin) 450 mg
Chamomile has anti-inflammatory, mild sedative, and anti-spasmodic. It has good anti-bacterial action, particularly against staph and strep. Also used for bronchitis, colds, cough, fever, abscesses, gum inflammation, psoriasis, acne, eczema, insomnia, ulcerative colitis, hemorrhoids and vaginitis.

Caution in pregnancy. Caution in those allergic to the asteraciae/compositae family. Moderate interaction with benzodiazepines, CNS depressants (sedative effect), estrogens (estrogenic effect), and warfarin. Additional drug interactions may exist.
