Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a derivative of the amino acid glycine. DMG is produced in cells during the metabolism of choline and is an antioxidant and enhances oxygenation at the cellular level. It is used to boost immune function, and is also helpful in the stimulation of neurological functions and management of autism and epilepsy.
