L-Glutamine 375 mg
Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a derivative of the amino acid glycine. DMG is produced in cells during the metabolism of choline and is an antioxidant and enhances oxygenation at the cellular level. It is used to boost immune function, and is also helpful in the stimulation of neurological functions and management of autism and epilepsy.

Generally well tolerated. A few parents have reported increased agitation and/or hyperactivity in their children. Experts suggest folic acid be given at that time. The suggested amount is 1600 mcg of folic acid for each 125 mg of DMG.
