Molydenum (Citrate) 150 mcg
microcrystalline cellulose
Molybdenum is necessary for nucleic acid and sulfur metabolism, as well as proper copper and iron transport. Molybdenum is involved in the detoxification of sulfites, which make it useful in asthma management.

1 serving (1 capsule) daily or as directed.
Caution with gout or long-term dialysis. Generally well tolerated. Excessive molybdenum may cause copper deficiency. Drug interactions may exist.
