Nettles (1% silica) 500 mg
microcrystalline cellulose

Description

Nettle is a rich source of iron and silica, chlorophyll, histamine, volatile and resinous acids, tannins, glucoquinine, iron, calcium, potassium, silica, vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin E. It is used in arthritis, gout, rheumatism, anemia, allergy, urinary tract infections and for kidney stones.
