Each 3 capsules contain:
Calcium (Hydroxyapatite) 200 mg
Calcium (Citrate) 100 mg
Magnesium (Glycinate) 100 mg
Magnesium (Citrate) 100 mg
Bamboo (70% silica) 71 mg (providing 50 mg silica)
Vitamin C (from Magnesium Ascorbate) 25 mg
Zinc (Citrate) 5 mg
Boron (Citrate) 1.5 mg
Manganese (Sulfate) 1.5 mg
Copper (Citrate) 0.5 mg
Vitamin K2 (MK7) 22.5 mcg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 1000 IU
This formula has slightly different ratios of calcium from citrate and hydroxyapatite, and offers 600mg of elemental calcium to 400mg of elemental magnesium per day. It also has more silica, this time from bamboo instead of Horsetail. It also offers more Vitamin D per day.

1 serving (3 capsules) 2x daily or as directed.
Avoid in hypercalcemia and those with calcium-containing kidney stones. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
