Rose Hips are a rich source of vitamin C and bioflavonoids. It is often recommended for boosting resistance and fighting infections. Since Rose hips are antioxidants, they are beneficial in strengthening blood vessel walls, decreasing inflammation and beneficial in cancer prevention.
