Each capsule contains:
Zizyphus Spinosa (2% polysaccharides) 225 mg
microcrystalline cellulose
The seeds of the Zizyphus tree are used as a sedative, for calming and to treat high-altitude sickness, relieving irritability, nourishing the nerves and mind, for night sweats, abnormal sweating and as a general blood tonic.
