Each 3 capsules contains:
Ashwagandha somnifera (1.5% withanolides) 300 mg
Siberian Ginseng (0.8% eleutherosides B & E) 250 mg
Avena Sativa 10:1 250 mg
Wild Yam (6% diosgenin) 200 mg
Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate) 150 mg
Licorice Root (26% glycyrrhizin) 125 mg
Schisandra (0.9% schisandrins) 100 mg
Rose Hips 75 mg
Rhodiola 3% 50 mg

Description

This formula addresses proper support of adrenal function. It contains adaptogenic and immune enhancing herbs and is indicated for adrenal and nervous exhaustion, chronic fatigue, adrenal atrophy and for PMS symptoms such as depression and irritability. This product contains licorice.

Dose

1 serving (3 capsules) 2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in hypertension due to licorice. Avoid in pregnancy. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
