Vitex Agnus Castus (0.5% agnusides) 500 mg
Vitex (chasteberry) supports healthy reproductive hormonal balance in women. It is selective for beta estrogen receptors, helps to optimize healthy menstruation and supports the production of progesterone during and after menopause. It may help to relieve hot flashes, and may also help to treat acne in women when associated with their menstrual cycles.
