Each capsule contains:
Diatomaceous Earth 166.7 mg
Activated Charcoal 166.7 mg
This is a combination of DE and activated charcoal, designed to provide GI as well as total body cleansing and detox functions.

1 serving (1-2 capsules) 2-6x daily or as directed. Some say to take DE 10 days on and 10 days off for 90 days to effectively and safely detox. Others recommend daily use for a few weeks at a time, stopping and starting again throughout the year.
Caution in pregnancy. Generally well tolerated. Not to be taken at the same time as medications or other supplements. This product is not intended as a treatment for accidental poisoning.
