microcrystalline cellulose

Description

Melatonin is a neurohormone used for disorders related to sleep. It is also used for chemotherapy side effects, benzodiazepine tapering, cancer, cluster headaches, IBS and to strengthen the immune system.

Quantity

60 delayed release capsules

Dose

1 serving (1 capsule) daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in individuals with depression or seasonal affective disorder. Some people may experience vivid dreams or nightmares when they take melatonin. Drug interactions may exist.
