Iron (Glycinate) 35 mg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 400 mcg
Folic Acid (as 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate) 500 mcg
Vitamin C (Magnesium Ascorbate) 250 mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5’-Phosphate) 5 mg
This formula includes one of the most highly absorbable forms of iron, and is further enhanced by the addition of the most therapeutic forms and doses of folic acid, B12, P5P and ascorbic acid. This formula is highly applicable for the majority of iron deficiency related conditions. This highly revered and potent iron formula is based on the Iron Formula, with the addition of P5P and ascorbic acid, the replacement of iron fumarate with the highly bioavailable form of iron glycinate, and folic acid with a higher dose of its methylated counterpart, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate.

Keep iron-containing supplements out of reach of young children. Caution with hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, polycythemia, iron-loading anemias, and B12 or folate masked anemias. Generally well tolerated.
