Guar Gum 700 mg
Guar gum, a water-soluble, gluten-free, highly viscous dietary fibre, It benefits the digestive system and improves insulin sensitivity, blood lipids, blood pressure, and fibrinolysis. Guar gum decreases appetite by providing a " feeling of fullness. "

1 serving (700 mg) 1-3x daily or as directed. Take with plenty of fluids.
May cause GI obstruction if not consumed with adequate fluids. Caution in diabetes. May cause flatulence and other GI symptoms.
